All our food is made from fresh ingredients which are bought after the order is placed . We have all possible healthy options available like vegan , gluten free , vegetarian, keto. All our sandwiches are made from whole wheat bread , salads are tossed with high quality extra virgin olive oil, we use honey in some of our salads to add a bit of sweetness. Just let us know at the time of ordering if you have any special dietary requirements we would be happy to make suitable substitutions for you .
